Farmboynate I doubt BMGI hired Howard but most likely it was the other way around as Howard is desperate to find funding. Dennis McLaughlin I am sure was happy to step up to the plate knowing he could use Howard as a scapegoat when he (Dennis) does what he does best by manipulating and scamming a company and the shareholders to the point of bankruptcy or further. He has done this many times before and somehow gets away with it. I have seen first hand what remains at one of the last DM scams and that venture was being dismantled and sold for scrap when I went to take a look at it...
