Icpa......this is really starting to tick me off

When traders start talking about going to Vegas and NASDAQ, it's a huge red flag. For a penny stock at + or - .03 to go to NASDAQ in less than 2 years, it would have to be something extraordinary. ICPA doesn't fit into that criteria.

EDIT: At least nobody said they were going to Disneyland.
