I don't have much time here tonight but I'd like to address something at least. Last week I went to OTC Markets.com and on their front page they have a list of stocks I just happened to start clicking on. Most of then had PPS of $10 and MUCH higher. I searched, and amazed to see that most of them, had AS of close to a billion if not a few billion. And with OS much higher than we see with USRI. So that put things in a completely different perspective for me.

Another thing is that most shares are held by people who are either insiders, or people who have plans to use this to build long term wealth.

I've been told there's zero consideration to any RS. I guess things can change, but knowing what I know, I don't see that being the case.

OK, I know it's early but my eyes are closing on me - gotta get some sleep. TTYL
