Positioning there self well

When I read the PR today, I realized pspw in the past had mentioned Bio-Energy. This didn't create much stir today,

but reading this article I'm beginning to think they found a great place for this.

With the majority of the US weather traveling from West to East this would put them just south west of the Smokey mountains.

Just a thought!
