I agree with your assessment with one exception. If any insiders sell a substantial amount of their holdings, the stock will dip below .01

It's definitely been quite, seems like the interest in this stock whether positive or negative is fading.

I'm not sure how much longer management can continue with the expense/loss charade especially now that the SEC is starting to look at their filings.
