everyone should know the best defense to any libel/slander/defamation action is: THE TRUTH period ask any lawyer -

another interesting fact is the statute of limitations- the amount of time one has to file a claim is:

Texas -1year
New York -1 year
Georgia -1 year
Florida -2 years

if you are a home owner like me you should have between 100-500k of personal liability or family liability - also personal injury coverage covers you against this nonsense - get informed and know the real law
