By Kemetco and/or AMY coming out and saying what potential cost cutting there may be, is just not cannot, IMO to satisfy the market.
I would think that after the PFS disaster, that anything coming out of AMY and Kemetco without third party confirmation will just fall on deaf ears.
Credibility takes years to earn, yet as you can see, it takes only a brief moment (May 17) to have it crumble.
AMY's share price should be testiment to that. JMO
