More transparency is required regarding this "buyback" for sure.

JR announced a buyback when the stock was trading over .01 thus implying he would buy back at or around that level.

If JR, as the CEO of KMAG, needs lower prices than this to initiate, continue, or complete his alleged buyback, what does that tell you about his faith in the future of KMAG?

By his total silence about this alleged event (buy back) he has compromised his credibility and now we may be headed into a market environment that could be very unfriendly to pinks as a whole.

Looking at my streamer right now about 5 of 40+ microcaps are up and the rest down with a few unchanged.

The more he waits the harder it will be to lift this stock, unfortunately
