I've got it!

CDEX is going to implant computer chips into dolphin that will allow them to transmit information about potential sea wall and levee damage before they turn into leaks. Everyone knows how advanced dolphin are in sonar-type attributes. And with cdex's magnificant computer skills (remember the Washington demo?) the company will be able to assist Homeland Security and FEMA in determining where they should focus their attentions. On a contract basis, Poteet will generate a graph without identifying the axes, a la his earlier efforts but very much more advanced. How simple it all is -- the future is CDEX!!

And everyone thought elf was dead. Oh ye of little faith.
