I find Val to be very conservative with his prs...what is different about this one is he states "major breakthrough" and "per contract" , "executing".

Those words tell me that we are finally here - about to get our influx of cash in 2012 , the bank deal and its contractual payments has been ongoing for awhile and we are definitely finally executing -moving forward.

Executing on purchase of Dominican Bank. Payments continue to be made on time and per contract.
