AAPT is diluting shares, the ibox reads 230 million and should now read almost 500 million shares outstanding, believe me, AAPT will be all over that additional Billion shares in the NV. Corp.;
AAPT MD has authority to issue (a) 500,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "AAPT MD Common Stock"), of which approximately 465,182,354

WHEREAS, on the date of this Agreement, AAPT NV has authority to issue (a) 1,000,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share. (This means 1 Billion more plus the 500 million already out there)


These are facts, call the company, there will be 1.5 Billion shares issued. They want that Billion shares as they are almost through the 500 Million they incresed from Jan. 2012. Due to this 8K I will not be buying any more shares.

Same as every other penny stock, bleeding the shareholders dry in the end to keep their heads above water.
