Is it? They have known for more than a yr they would need to file these forms to get current, as such they should have been keeping decent records for future filings. It's been more than a month since the release of the last Q, and with only 5 business days left (including today) in the month of June, it is highly unlikily that we will be current before the eom as projected.
Sure there might be something going on behind the scenes that we are unaware of, but the bottom line here is that those responsible for keeping track of the paperwork are screwing up in one way or another, and that boils down to incompetence IMO.
Sorry there is no excuse for the ongoing delays in getting this paperwork done, none.
