If this company had positive Cash flow it would not be at the price it is now. They have been improving the negative cash flow, but it has not yet gone positive. That is the key to success for any penny stock for it operating cashflow to go positive, so they can stop issuing common the stock. Also the positive cash flow needs to be from on-going operations and not one time equipment sales. Even with the equipment sales in the last reported qtr. the cash flow has improved from ($357K) to ($251) but it is not positive.
