Magna Biz is a subsidary of Magna International Business in Henderson, NV. And 2360 Corporate Circle, Henderson, NV has been the postal address of many Minimar Clients (VCTY, EVDR, KING, a.s.o.) Guess what? Magna International Business was the Legal Counsel for the above mentioned clients (as well as for FOGC, MSEZ, and other Pump'n'Dumps). And now Magna Biz will be the new IR firm for the former Minimar clients.

In fact Magna Biz is not Minimar, but they are closely linked to Minmar.
