Just because one calls certain facts "baseless or irrelevant" does not make them so. There is no substance to that statement.
Bringing up the FACTS that many of the representation of this company are misleading to say the least is very relevant to anyone considering investing in this company.
The FACT that they show operating mining equipment and gold on their website which, in fact, they do not have, might mislead someone unfamiliar with the company to conclude that they are an actual operating company.
The FACT that the CEO lists positions in companies which existed only on paper as experience might mislead and HAS misled prospective investors regarding his qualifications.
The question remains, does anyone NOT think the faked pictures on the company's website and the CEO's faked credentials are deliberate deceptions?
