AGREE 100% READ ME :)

AAPT NV is now the surviving corp.
There are many reasons a co would do this.

The big thing that it screams at first look is the taxes in that state are significantly less which is why many corps incorporate there or RE-incorporate there.

This is also very key to the company...
WHEREAS, on the date of this Agreement, AAPT NV has authority to issue (a) 1,000,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “AAPT NV Common Stock”), of which zero (0) shares are issued and outstanding, and (b) 10,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "AAPT NV Preferred Stock"), of which zero (0) shares are issued and outstanding;

WHEREAS, on the date of this Agreement, AAPT MD has authority to issue (a) 500,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "AAPT MD Common Stock"), of which approximately 465,182,354 shares were issued and outstanding on June 11, 2012, and (b) 10,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “AAPT MD Preferred Stock”), of which zero (0) shares are issued and outstanding;

Meaning we went from the 500mil to 1billion.

I know a lot of people may say dilution but I do not believe it to be the case esp after watching trading month after month.

THIS WAS DONE ON THE 15th THEY WOULD HAVE ALREADY DILUTED BEFORE THIS WAS REALLY PUBLIC OR BEFORE HAND.

If you have been watching you will have seen 0 dilution as I have.

I feel a deal or perhaps a JV could be in the works.
I have seen a ton of penny scams and for as long as I have been on AAPT (post 888) I have not once thought they were trying to pull a fast one.

ALL IN MY VERY HONEST OPINION!
