Scottrade stated what normally happens is, depending on how many shares the Co. Plans to distribute, will determine what percentage we will get.
Nothing is written in stone , we may end up with nothing, or a percentage of the distribution.
I was reassured we will should be receiving information in the mail as shareholders as to what the Co. Intends to do& that the stock should continue to trade until discharged in the court.
Then again, they are generalizing, they also stated, there could be a change not expected depending what the judge decides.
Since no one knows when the BK will be discharged, we won't know til we see a # sign after the ticket symbol, & that will not just happen over nite, these things take time.
Not sure if that helped, I'd suggest u also contact ur broker, each one will probably tell u something different., depending on their experience with BK, & each case is different .
See ya @ the opening if the bell,
I will contact them again tomorrow to see if they have any further info. That we don't have, I don't trust the lawyer, he is working for the Co., not us.
