Why would Scott Dixon sell his meal ticket to TYCO, and then be outta a job? Common sense dictates his bigger money would be in using his skills building KMAG from a microcap to a small cap. Then, after building KMAG up to a respectable company, JR and he would have something to actually sell for a pretty penny.
