Not only are people holding EPGL, but they have bought over 2.5% of the authorized shares PRE-RS and counting! That is remarkable, given it is known that an RS will happen.

Those people are getting a ticket to the .001 entry level. While others may be chasing, they at least have (some) shares at .001 after RS.
