sorry...guess I should have waited a few minutes while my posts were being reviewed...thought my initial one wasn't going to be posted.

BTW, I've been here for a while ...watching and waiting...personally think NEOM is a"diamond in the rough". Not too many out there like our NEOM that doesn't get all the hype and "pumped and dumped" by newsletters but still gets a lot of attention on it's own merit. Seriously, what do y'all think about that.,,without all the BS from the paid professional pumpers/newsletters?
