You apparently spoke to Jo Elaine Luxon and then Bill Luxon - the husband and wife who founded Aerius. They have sold a lot of stock, but have never been able to produce phones and never will.

They've been talking about fake testing for years and probably mentioned T-Mobile to you as they have in the past. Read their financial filings.
