So basically in a nut shell, Kenny boy stripped this of assets and moved them to BVIG with out compensation to date for us here. And now he is relenquishing control of the shell to some fly by night O&G wanna be exploration company with out coming forward with the terms and conditions. Nice, and all I hear from many is we good. No, we are not. This is a fraudulent bs lie on the part of Ken Stead.
