They arent going to lose money on the prospect, which means the scale of the REE is not from nothing to obscene, but more like from good to obscene.
You dont do all the testing and discovery just to put them back in the river. They have value, and becoming a potential processor themselves opens up a barn sized door of opportunity.
Im not complaining that iron is down from its highs, or gold. Much like REEs theres STILL a TON of money to be made doing all of the above.
