There appears to be a lot of misinformed blurts about OTOW. Admittedly, I blurted out the word condo a couple of times, but knew better. I’ve spoken to Val about the business zoning etc., and am satisfied that what we shareholders have is a space that is prime for the purpose for which it was purchased.

And yet, the location is a Corp. asset!!!!! Anything we shareholder purchase is a Corp. asset, just as when we buy stock, we become part owners of whatever assets are in place.
