I have been saying this for the past year esply when the announcement of AGT/russians/gold mines/ect ect and investigated that location/website and visited it as well..
I have talked to past employees --

all confirms what I have stated -- its a SCAM..

and he is doing it at the shareholders expense ... all so-called to legal terms according to the SEC and that is saying so-called... but very very very unethical...

look out for sub sub sub pennies...
