Yeah, what some may call a " delay" , I think those in Sney Mang. Would consider getting it done. This perceived delay is most likely a result of filings not coming out within time frames some have opined here. I too thought it would be out by now, but that doesn't mean any at Sney told me that. Some who have posted here about arrival times for the K, even if intimated to by IR, are still opinion. At this point any that take Parents expected times as gospel should know better. I do know this, no one at Sney is sitting on their hands, and once the k is signed off on by DeJoya and Marty it will be filed.
