Because. Just Because. Hey, all I know is that HDSN's 'ask' has been nowhere near $0.50 for at least 9 months. A significant change in the 'ask' suggests a significant change in the price. And I think most of us realize that nobody's planning on magically dropping $20 million in here. Therefore, you have to assume HDSN is anticipating an RS.
