And what does that make him, who spent his every waking hour [edit ... as clozer] touting the company and the "technology" until he made his small fortune? Remember, he had borrowed and leveraged to the hilt and then -- no doubt after a blinding flash of divine intervention -- miraculously understood TRUTH?
