Abraxane pancreatic cancer early phase I/II trial results

...their earlier trial on top of gem showed dramatically better results than any other agent I am aware of has ever demonstrated.


Standard warning about cross-trial comparison, but there's one head-to-head trial of a regimen (FOLFIRINOX) vs. Gemzar that showed efficacy results in the same ballpark. Safety/tolerability is one problem with this regimen.
