LOL well i have been in a couple that worked out very nice and are far higher now then when i got the divi so PM me and i will give u the tickers????

Really looking at the s/s history here and calling out dilution seems so uneducated.......

I assume a solid argument would be that GEAR has canceled all the stock only to issue new restricted stock and dilute next year???

If this was a dilution deal then management must be complete idiots even i could coach them on how to destroy shareholder equity.....
