Things are coming together after the flood. IRET did a lot of sand bagging around one of their properties and they still had water come in and flood it out.
They had apartments flooded nearby too, which later burned down. Rebuilding will start soon on those units and should be bigger and better than ever.
P.S. I have to skip McQuade this year for a family thing in Fargo. I alway enjoy visiting Fargo. :)
