I agree! This is a real decent play as far as real-estate is concerned! They are sitting on a gold mine right now with the oil boom in northwestern ND! Looks like a war zone out there with a severe lack of housing and infrastructure. I was given a tip about IRET last summer and glad I took interest! Be well......
