Well, according to plan Tmob did file something. Basically they are denying everything, questioning the Daic parties ability to be involved and think the patent shouldn't have been issued. So yes they did make the final day. Remains to be seen what happens. I haven't really had time to review all of the document. I don't suspect there is anything of importance.
