NVDA --- RMBS royalty may be only 2% rather than 3%----
I read somewhere a few weeks ago that the wierd $250 million agreement which INTC signed with RMBS may give INTC an interest in any excess royalties charged by RMBS above 2% and was by such means intended to protect and put a cap on royalties to be charged to the whole industry --- certainly wierd but as a practical matter very interesting
