I wouldn't doubt it, this is really one of the only outlets to discuss this openly.

I also think they are completely aware of the manipulation that comes with the nature of the sector, which could heavily influence decisions, quality and timing of the releases. Not writing them off for the 8k mishap but I really am not to concerned as long as it gets filed soon, the last PR gave them time to fix it, so lets hope they do.
