The Delution has been Teco management
deluting Teco stocks, I said this the first of the year.
Management's decissions have mostly been the cause of
Teco drop in PPS. No body else can issue Teco stocks
but Teco itself.
Gone this far, word is drilling started,(don't know for sure) looking good, hope it stays together.
