Price outside Bands=suggest some manic/panic behavior/emotion...recognize it as manic/panic; don't get drawn into crowd behavior...I want to do assessment of chart signals(objective...not get caught up in the emotion/subjective...

10minute...You decide if a trade is there to the long side as 10 minute CCI signals at its signal line -100 and make sure 60 minute at least shows signs of turning while in oversold...
All there is to it...if went long and 1340 fails you just stand aside and wait for next signal...
