Question....I've seen penny stocks start out at this price.... Even with small blocks they still move up and down throughout a day... This company has MILLIONS and MILLIONS of shares being bought, yet it does not move at all. Why is that??? Please don't say they are waiting for PR. PR means public recognition. You think with all these millions of shares being bought it is recognized! Good news thought... The New York Stock Exchange is cracking down on penny stock scams..... I just put this one on their list to investigate..... If this one proves to be a scam..... They will heavily fine...with jail time...
