In APS newsletters they have been hitting on the day traders and saying don't hold it for a 2-3 days and get out. but the only way to make money in this is to buy at the dip (obviously) and sell at the opening bell on the morning gap. I'm very patient with these plays and letting them play out but even I'm getting tired.
