My one piece of advice on owning rental property:

Build into your property analysis the cost of property management. Usually 10% of monthly rent....owning rental property is great, but managing it can quickly become a full time job, and thus taking away from time for more acquisitions.

Good luck in whatever you do, and stay in touch brother.
