Could it be that PAN AMERICAN MINERAL VENTURES, INC is the name change that has been discussed so that the name of the company better reflects its' business? That could also be a way to get the share count into a more reasonable range for a move to a higher market? eg 10 shares of CWRN for one share of PAN AMERICAN MINERAL VENTURES, INC.
