I pay more attention,personally, to the word "funding".

Everything can be pushed either way , but again I wil always take the realistic optimistic side....if anyone thinks they are going to bk the brand....you better explain how this is good for them...cause they can't bk the brand....it is valuable in itself in the mark of (based on q1-16 mill rev *4) 64 million in rev...think about that value to their main competitors...it is without doubt more valuable than the pps. This IMO is similar to the authorized shares....a plan that if need be will be utilized....and it won't be to bk!

It might give insight into their issues though....don't have cash to pay manufacturer to make more product as they are still waiting for receivables from distributor/buyer...that's why I say warrants will be only issue after they are cash flow positive....

Sheeeettss we might all wake up one morning and the pps is .2 and all we have to do is not oversell during the day......LOL...just had to throw that in!
