All this and these figures are well and good but we must keep im mind nothing is for sure and NOLS excetra doesnt mean a meger is immenent...As a bagholder here i cross my fingers and wait/hope....As some state ASYI with its debt i.e NOLs is a no brainer for KoolTel...If hopefully so, then i would almost expect this deal done by july's date if its such a no brainer...And again i keep my fingers crossed ! IF,,,,,by the deadline July 19th i believe or there abouts we see or hear nothing as late as A/H that deadline day,,,,,,the odds of a RM gooooo way down...If ASYI is and KoolTel is such a no brainer due to what you and William48 have helpfully laid out and explained - i would think its going to hapen before July 19th....
