Was there a halt to trading for the stock?
Did they have issues with the SEC & now they are trying to write the ship with them so that they do not get delisted, or sent to trading on the grey markets?
I am not understanding, I just hope that Jerry has some answers to a lot of questions that has left people in the lurch!
