curious where you see the 591,469,400 shares? It's not in the 8k/

I was at the ERHC ASM and wrote down the numbers. That was the total vote. 80.04% of the shares participated in the vote. That was the "voter" participation, as each share is considered 1 vote.

I've also posted the fact that 225,221,078 of those shares were not voted in the Director's proposal.

Of the shares actually voted in the Director's proposal, the worst result was 97.35% in favour of the re-election of Peter Ntephe.

Any analysis of what this means is opinion. The numbers are quite clear.
