I am not getting a good feeling here.
What seem to be a great investment oppourtunity is being squandered by bad decisions by management.

This stock is slowly bleeding out with no coagulation factors.

Selling of shares by management is a very bad sign of company outlook. SEC investigation is a very bad sign.

What is to stop ACT from going BK in the near future and start under a new reorganization? Could this company seek Chapter 11?

Things to consider IMO.

I may be seeking legal council.
