Hello Bob,

I would like to see your thoughts on something.

We haven't hit on this topic yet, and maybe we'll get some 'outside' views.

This site will be made or broken by the Chairman concept. It's the way this thing was designed.

The only rules right now for getting banned/terminated are very simple. If you get deleted 5x in one month (most of the time, it'll happen in one day), you are banned for 2 weeks. Simple as that, no questions asked. User is sent an e-mail explaining. Normally they go for a good while w/o breaking the rules again. Obviously, if they keep going in circles the account gets terminated.

Now for things like people signing up and instantly using an alias to spam; terminiate, and don't even bother sending an e-mail. Nobody cares about these people. (Geesh, I sound ruthless!)

But, through this board, I would like to build onto the current TOS and define what people/us think are fair "guidelines" to stick by.

p.s. just a note to folks regarding the COB concept -- give it a try before you think it's made for touts/scammers. It's designed to weed out spam and personal attacks, not on topic, discussable negative opinions to balance the positive comments. But if your intention is to just stir up trouble, then don't bother posting. Don't fear something that doesn't exist. Remember all posts go through Admin. So if there is someobody to blame for scamming you, it's Bob. Now do you really think that will happen?
