Yes and NO. Some stock go up and down but that is not with every stock. Some stock keep going down 'till sub-penny's and never come back up again. I Say this because CoreWaferIndusries keeps going down sinds run up in the end of march. It tells me that not alot of people are interested in this and that also reflects in the shareprice.
