CBP - joe, heard you on the CBP call. What are your thoughts related to the answer to your shelf question?

CBP not trading well today. Suspect that there's some concern about the capital expenditures yet-to-come, but that's all part of building out expansion.

Solid DD combined with timeliness and conviction is a recipe for profits.
