How's the rules end up this way? Is it a group concensus vote, or just an arbitrary idea? Why don't we put it to a vote or come up with some sort of solution that will stop it from coming up over and over. If something keeps coming up, especially the same way, perhaps it is an issue to address or it'll just keep coming up again. Sorta like taking Tums after hot dogs.

If the Nas uses decimals, then decimals should be used. What if there is a tie and the Nas close is .50 ? How often are there ties, compared to the people who want to use decimals?

I don't see the negatives in using decimals? But is there just one solution to stop this issue from coming up over and over and over again? If there is, maybe the rules should be made to reflect it?
